Trade Union Registration in Lahore According to section 16 of the Act 2010, every registered Trade union will be a body corporate which will have perpetual succession and a common seal. Labour Court Appeal In the event that an application for registration of Trade Union or alteration in constitution of Trade Union has been rejected by Registrar, or if an application is pending before Registrar for a period exceeding 15 days, an appeal may be filed with the Labour Court. Within 7 days of filing the appeal, the Labour Court may issue an order directing the Registrar to register the Trade Union or accept the change in constitution, as the case may be. Registration Certificate As required by Section 11 of the Act 2010, the registrar shall issue a certificate of registration as conclusive proof of the registration of the Trade Union.
